Trial Terms

Tracor is a service operated by RiskPliance, Inc. ("Tracor," "we," "us," "our"). These terms govern your use of the Tracor free 7-day trial. By starting a trial, you agree to these terms.
What the trial includes
- Enrollment of up to 10 designs
- 7 days of full Pro daily monitoring
- Daily scans of public web sources for visual similarity
- Email and SMS alerts when a candidate clears multi-signal triage
No payment during the trial
The trial requires no payment and no payment method on file. We will not charge you during the trial, and the trial does not automatically convert to a paid plan. When your 7 days end, monitoring pauses and you will be prompted to convert to a paid plan to continue. If you do not convert, your account moves to a locked state; you retain the ability to export your enrolled designs.
Acceptable use
The trial is limited to one active trial per organization and requires a valid work email address. You agree to enroll only designs you own or are authorized to monitor, and not to use the trial to circumvent paid-plan limits.
Technical observations, not legal conclusions
Tracor produces technical observations, not legal conclusions. A similarity score is a measurement, not a legal finding. Nothing Tracor outputs is legal advice, and a match does not establish any legal claim. Any decision about how to act on Tracor output is yours, and should be made with your own legal counsel.
Your designs and data
You retain all rights to the designs and data you upload. During the trial we process them to provide monitoring. You may export your enrolled designs at any time during the trial and while your account is in the post-trial locked state. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
The trial is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the trial will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the trial is limited to the amount you paid for the trial, which for a free trial is zero dollars ($0). In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the trial.
Termination
You may stop using the trial at any time. We may suspend or end the trial, or these trial terms, at any time, with or without notice.
Governing law
These trial terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
