SMS Terms of Service

Tracor is a service operated by RiskPliance, Inc. ("Tracor," "we," "us," "our"). These terms apply to text messages (SMS) sent to or from any mobile number you provide to us.

Program description

By providing your mobile number and opting in to Tracor's text messaging program, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) at that number from Tracor. Messages may include:

Account verification codes
Monitoring alerts and daily digests
Service notifications related to your account

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received. Rates are determined by your wireless carrier and the specifics of your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you have questions about your messaging or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opting out

To stop receiving SMS messages from Tracor at any time, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You may receive a final SMS confirming your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, repeat the verification flow inside the Tracor application.

Privacy

Your mobile number and SMS activity are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
